Looking for something fresh, something new? How about a classic, but using a local taste? Fancy a homemade infusion with an alternative sweetener? Muddled, crushed, charged, finished with a twang? A martini done right, done the way it should be? I'm warning you though: I stay away from the artificial stuff, I scoff at flair, and I absolutely despise an orchid and a maraschino cherry. Kitchen techniques, quality syrups, natural garnishes, and molecular touches--on the other hand--are all right down my alley.
